Culture Building
Developing DEI Metrics & Accountability Plans:
- Create trackable goals and help organizations measure success.
- Train HR and leadership teams on holding departments accountable.
Embedding Equity into Performance Reviews & Promotion Criteria:
- Implement fair evaluation frameworks that remove bias from performance assessments.
- Train managers on coaching diverse talent and identifying leadership potential.
- Establish structured mentorship programs to promote career growth.
Ongoing Equity & HR Policy Support:
- Provide HR and DEI strategy workshops for leadership teams.
